Data Deletion Instructions — Teemo Ads

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that Teemo Ads (https://ad.teemo.vn, operated by CÔNG TY TNHH QUẢNG CÁO VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG NACOM) has received from your ad accounts, and how to revoke Teemo Ads’ access. The data we collect and how we use it are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Request data deletion. Email hello@teemo.vn with:

• the subject “Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu” (Data deletion request);
• your business name;
• the ID of each ad account whose data should be deleted (Meta ad account, Google Ads account, or both).

NACOM will confirm the request, delete the related data within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

2. Revoke access to your Meta (Facebook Ads) ad accounts. You can do this at any time:

• Meta Business Settings (https://business.facebook.com/settings): open System users or Partners and remove the ad account access granted to NACOM.
• Business Integrations (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools): find the Teemo Ads app and choose Remove.

Once access is removed, the Service reads no new data from that ad account. Stored data is deleted when you send a request as described in section 1. API call logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. Revoke access to Google.

• Remove Teemo Ads’ access to the Google account you sign in with at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Unlink your Google Ads account from NACOM’s manager account under Access and security in Google Ads.
