Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu — Teemo Ads

Trang này hướng dẫn cách yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu mà Teemo Ads (https://ad.teemo.vn, do CÔNG TY TNHH QUẢNG CÁO VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG NACOM cung cấp) đã nhận từ tài khoản quảng cáo của bạn, và cách thu hồi quyền truy cập của Teemo Ads. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập và cách sử dụng được mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.
1. Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu
Gửi email đến hello@teemo.vn với:
- tiêu đề: Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu;
- tên doanh nghiệp;
- ID tài khoản quảng cáo cần xoá dữ liệu (tài khoản quảng cáo Meta, Google Ads, hoặc cả hai).
NACOM sẽ xác nhận yêu cầu, xoá dữ liệu liên quan trong vòng 30 ngày, rồi thông báo lại cho bạn qua email khi hoàn tất.
2. Thu hồi quyền truy cập vào tài khoản quảng cáo Meta (Facebook Ads)
Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền của Teemo Ads bất kỳ lúc nào, theo một trong các cách sau:
- Meta Business Settings (https://business.facebook.com/settings): vào Người dùng hệ thống (System users) hoặc Đối tác (Partners), rồi gỡ quyền truy cập tài khoản quảng cáo đã cấp cho NACOM.
- Business Integrations (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools): tìm ứng dụng của Teemo Ads và chọn Gỡ (Remove).
Sau khi gỡ, hệ thống không đọc thêm dữ liệu mới từ tài khoản quảng cáo đó. Dữ liệu đã lưu được xoá khi bạn gửi yêu cầu như ở mục 1. Nhật ký gọi API tự xoá sau 30 ngày.
3. Thu hồi quyền truy cập vào Google
- Gỡ quyền của Teemo Ads với tài khoản Google dùng để đăng nhập tại https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Gỡ liên kết tài khoản Google Ads của bạn khỏi tài khoản quản lý của NACOM trong phần Quyền truy cập và bảo mật của Google Ads.

Data Deletion Instructions — Teemo Ads

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that Teemo Ads (https://ad.teemo.vn, operated by CÔNG TY TNHH QUẢNG CÁO VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG NACOM) has received from your ad accounts, and how to revoke Teemo Ads’ access. The data we collect and how we use it are described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Request data deletion. Email hello@teemo.vn with:
- the subject “Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu” (Data deletion request);
- your business name;
- the ID of each ad account whose data should be deleted (Meta ad account, Google Ads account, or both).
NACOM will confirm the request, delete the related data within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
2. Revoke access to your Meta (Facebook Ads) ad accounts. You can do this at any time:
- Meta Business Settings (https://business.facebook.com/settings): open System users or Partners and remove the ad account access granted to NACOM.
- Business Integrations (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools): find the Teemo Ads app and choose Remove.
Once access is removed, the Service reads no new data from that ad account. Stored data is deleted when you send a request as described in section 1. API call logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
3. Revoke access to Google.
- Remove Teemo Ads’ access to the Google account you sign in with at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Unlink your Google Ads account from NACOM’s manager account under Access and security in Google Ads.
