Terms of Service — Teemo Ads

These terms govern your use of Teemo Ads at https://ad.teemo.vn (the “Service”), operated by CÔNG TY TNHH QUẢNG CÁO VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG NACOM (“NACOM”). By signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Service. Teemo Ads is NACOM’s tool for managing clients’ Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta Ads) accounts. It covers:

    • Google Ads and Facebook Ads reporting;
    • Google Ads negative-keyword management;
    • Google Ads click-fraud detection and IP exclusions;
    • Google Ads low-balance alerts;
    • Facebook Ads operations at the client’s request: turning ads on or pausing them, adjusting budgets, creating and editing campaigns and ads.

    It uses the official Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API. Teemo Ads is not a Google or Meta product and is not sponsored, endorsed or certified by Google or Meta. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

  2. Access. Only email addresses allow-listed by NACOM can sign in, using Google Sign-In. Staff act on the accounts assigned to them; clients see only their own accounts. Keep your Google account secure. NACOM may revoke access at any time for termination, breach or security reasons.

  3. Account access and changes.

    • Google Ads. By linking a Google Ads account to NACOM, the client authorizes the Service to read the account and to add or remove negative keywords and IP exclusions. Each account runs in suggest-only (human review) or automatic mode, as agreed with NACOM. All changes are logged and can be reversed on request.
    • Facebook Ads (Meta). The client grants NACOM access to its Meta ad accounts through Business Manager (system user or partner access) and can revoke that access at any time in Meta Business Settings; after that, the Service reads no new data. See Data Deletion Instructions. Write actions are off by default and enabled per account, performed only by authorized staff at the client’s request, and major changes require approval by a second person. All actions are logged.

  4. Client responsibilities.

    • Provide accurate brand keywords, core keywords and blocked terms.
    • If you install the tracking script, disclose the data it collects in your own website’s privacy policy.
    • Google Ads and Facebook Ads spend is paid by the client directly to Google and Meta.
    • When running Facebook Ads, comply with the Meta Terms and Meta Advertising Standards.
    • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to access other clients’ data.

  5. Limitations.

    • Data is synced periodically from the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API and may lag behind the Google Ads interface or Meta Ads Manager. Balance and days-left figures are estimates.
    • Fraud and irrelevant-query detection uses rules and AI; it cannot catch every case and may make mistakes.
    • The Service may be interrupted by maintenance or by Google or Meta API limits.

  6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, NACOM is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or ads stopping because of an empty balance or a Google or Meta suspension. Liability is capped as set out in the client’s service contract.

  7. Intellectual property. The software belongs to NACOM; advertising data belongs to the account owner.

  8. Termination. On termination, remove NACOM’s access to your Google Ads account, revoke its access to your Meta ad accounts in Business Manager, and remove the tracking script. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.

  9. Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above.

  10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
