Privacy Policy — Teemo Ads

Teemo Ads (the “Service”, available at https://ad.teemo.vn) is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH QUẢNG CÁO VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG NACOM (“NACOM”, “we”). The Service helps NACOM and its clients monitor, report on and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta) accounts.

1. Data we collect

• Google Sign-In: name, email address and profile picture only (openid, email, profile scopes). We never receive your Google password and do not access Gmail, Drive or any other Google data.

• Google Ads data (via the Google Ads API): only for ad accounts that clients have linked to NACOM’s manager account. This covers:

  • account structure: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negative keywords, exclusion lists;
  • performance metrics;
  • search terms;
  • click views (gclid);
  • account budget, used to show the remaining balance.

• Click-fraud tracking script (on client websites): runs only when a visitor arrives from a Google ad (URL contains gclid, gbraid or wbraid). It sends:

  • the click ID;
  • IP address, user agent and an automation (webdriver) flag;
  • landing page host and path (no query string) and the referrer;
  • time on page and whether the visitor interacted.

  It sets no cookies; it uses only sessionStorage to avoid duplicate reports. It never reads form inputs, names, emails or phone numbers.

• Operational data: an audit log of actions taken in the Service, and a session cookie required for sign-in.

• Meta ad account data (Facebook Ads): via the Meta Marketing API, for ad accounts that clients have authorized. See section 5.

2. How we use data. We use data only to provide the Service:

• ad reporting to NACOM and to the client who owns the account;
• suggesting or adding negative keywords;
• detecting abnormal clicks and suggesting or adding IP exclusions;
• low-balance alerts;
• Facebook Ads reporting and campaign operations requested by the client (see section 5);
• authentication and security logging.

Changes to Google Ads accounts are made only on accounts NACOM manages, in the mode NACOM has set for each account (suggest-only with human review, or automatic). We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or build profiles for third parties.

3. Sharing and processors

• Google: the Google Ads API and Google Sign-In.
• Meta: the Meta Marketing API, for the Facebook ad accounts clients have authorized (see section 5).
• AI providers (Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, OpenAI or Google Gemini, depending on configuration): we send search terms, keywords, brand and core service keywords, and aggregated click signals (IP, ISP, country, on-page behaviour). This is used to classify irrelevant queries, detect abnormal clicks and translate search terms. We never send user emails, names or Google sign-in data to AI providers.
• Our hosting provider.
• Authorities, when required by Vietnamese law.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy. Teemo Ads’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Meta (Facebook Ads) data

• Source. The Service connects to Facebook ad accounts through the Meta Marketing API, using a system user token from the Business Manager that the client has authorized for NACOM. Tokens are stored encrypted and never shown in the interface.

• Data we read:

  • ad account details: name, ID, currency, status;
  • campaign, ad set and ad structure: name, status, objective, budget;
  • aggregated performance metrics: spend, impressions, clicks, results, conversion value.

  We do not collect personal data about people who see the ads.

• Purpose. Meta data is used only to:

  • show dashboards and reports to the client who owns the account and to authorized NACOM staff;
  • operate ads at the client’s request: view reports, turn ads on or pause them, adjust budgets, create and edit campaigns and ads.

• Controls on changes. Write actions on Facebook ad accounts:

  • are off by default and enabled per account;
  • can only be performed by authorized staff;
  • require approval by a second person for major changes;
  • are all logged.

• No sharing. We do not sell or share Meta data with third parties, do not use it to target other advertising, and do not send Meta data to AI providers.

• Meta policies. Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Developer Policies.

• Retention and deletion.

  • API call logs are deleted after 30 days.
  • Advertising data is kept while the client uses the Service.
  • On request, we delete the related Meta data within 30 days.
  • Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam.

• Revoking access. Clients can revoke NACOM’s access in Meta Business Settings at any time; after that, the Service reads no new data. See Data Deletion Instructions for how to revoke access and request deletion.

6. Storage and security

• Data is stored on NACOM’s own server in Vietnam and served over HTTPS.
• Only allow-listed emails can sign in, and clients see only their own ad accounts.
• API credentials are kept out of source code.
• Daily backups are kept for 14 days.
• We keep data while we provide the Service. On termination or request, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires retention.

7. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us. You can revoke the Service’s access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and revoke access to your Facebook ad accounts in Meta Business Settings (see Data Deletion Instructions). Clients who install the tracking script must disclose the collection described in section 1 in their own privacy policy.

8. Changes. We will update the date above. For material changes, we will notify clients by email or in the Service.
